This website

This site sets no cookies. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page viewed, the referring site, the country and the type of device, without cookies and without identifying you. Links we share may carry a short tag naming the channel they were shared on, such as an event or a newsletter, so we can see which channels bring visitors; the tag never identifies a person. If you email us, we keep your name, address and message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering you. We keep correspondence for two years after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract.

OpsDesk 360

Clients use OpsDesk 360 to record their obligations. The data they put in it, including the names and work email addresses of their people, belongs to the client. For that data the client is the controller and we are the processor: we handle it only on the client's written instructions, under a contract, and the client's own privacy notice applies to its people.

If you send feedback from inside OpsDesk 360, we receive your message, any screenshot you attach, the page you were on, your language and role, and your name and organisation, so we can act on it and tell you when it has helped. We keep it for two years. We do not use it for marketing.

How we improve the service

We look at how the service is used through counts and timings per organisation, for example how many items were completed on time. We never read the content of items, notes or files for this, and we do not measure named individuals. For this limited use we are the controller, and we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and making it better.

Where data is held

OpsDesk 360 data is stored in London. Our hosting and email delivery providers may handle limited data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards approved under UK law.

How long we keep it

Client data is kept for the term of the client's contract, then returned or deleted as that contract sets out.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or stop using it. If your data is held in OpsDesk 360 by a client, we will pass your request to that client. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
